SMS Terms

These SMS Terms apply to text messages from the OnRoster North Texas Desk by Inertia Management program. OnRoster is a service of Inertia Management, 8 The Green Ste R, Dover, DE 19901.
1. Program description
If you opt in, the OnRoster North Texas Desk will send you text messages about your OnRoster request and your work with us. These include market and opening confirmations, job requests and introductions, follow-ups, and scheduling and appointment messages.
2. How you opt in
You opt in by checking the optional text-message consent box on our market-check form, or by texting us first and agreeing to receive messages. The consent box reads: “By checking this box, I agree to receive text messages from OnRoster (Inertia Management) at the number provided, including messages sent with automated technology, about my request and job opportunities. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See SMS Terms and Privacy Policy.”
Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can submit the form and work with us without agreeing to texts.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your request and activity.
4. Cost
Msg & data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details of your plan.
5. Opting out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again. You can also use CANCEL, END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE or STOPALL, or email hello@inertiamgmt.io.
6. Help
Reply HELP to any message for help. You can also text HELP to (469) 518-6403 or email hello@inertiamgmt.io.
7. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change.
8. Privacy
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver the messages. See our Privacy Policy.
9. Other terms
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Terms of Service. You confirm that you are the account holder or an authorized user of the mobile number you provide, and you will tell us if you change or give up that number.
